¿What is Yagé - Ayahuasca?
YAGÉ, Caapi or Ayahuasca, among others, are the names given to this sacred vine for the Amazonian ethnic groups, a master plant in indigenous medicine that begins with a physical, mental and spiritual cleansing for the deep healing of the patient with the guidance of a traditional doctor. It is a decoction between the Yagé-Ayahuasca vine (scientific name Banisteriopsis caapi) and chagropanga leaf (scientific name Diplopterys cabrerana) that forms a kind of honey that is ingested orally.
